Returns & Exchanges

At FORM, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
